What would your workplace look like if everyone truly belonged?
Because transformation demands more than good intentions - it requires cultivating wisdom and building relationships grounded in trust.
Together, we plant seeds and cultivate possibility across communities, regions, and continents. We have sat in circles with community-led organizers and in boardrooms with executive teams. We continue to learn from elders and youth leaders alike. We have witnessed transformation of hearts and minds - in schools confronting their oppressive and colonial histories, in non-profits redistributing power, in governments learning to truly listen.
Our team's wealth of perspectives, shaped by Black, Indigenous, racialized, 2SLGBTQIA+, and disabled identities, and decades navigating systems of oppression, means we see what others cannot. We name what is invisible. We challenge what is comfortable. We bring compassion, courage, and wisdom that only come from doing this work in our own communities, in our own lives.
Ours is not a cookie-cutter framework. We skillfully and with care lead brave conversations, listening deeply and holding space with those who understand that liberation is not a destination but rather a practice we cultivate together, over time. And as we are transformed, our communities become transformed.
